Description:

7-10 years experience in providing IT solutions to complex business problems by using varying technologies

Ideal candidate will have a mix of Q2C, finance, cost management, manufacturing business processes.

Experience planning and reporting on projects with project management tools. Experience with risk management

Must be willing to work flexible hours to support meetings with US or global customer and team on a regular basis

Demonstrated understanding and use of Agile and Waterfall methodology

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

High level of customer focus and service excellence as you seek practical solutions

Strong collaboration skills with internal/external customers and multi-functional teams

A “can do” attitude with a team member mindset not supplier mind set

Effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability

Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen · Customer first mindset

Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.

Working knowledge of following tools- Confluence, Jira, ServiceNOW, O365 suite of applications, Java technology · Knowledge of Semiconductor industry a plus.
