As our new Azure Solutions Architect, You will be responsible for working in partnership with our Microsoft partnership, Crayon solution sales organization, and technical solution sellers to progress qualified opportunities that Azure adoption, modernization, and AI transformation.

Reporting to our Director, Innovation Sales, you will be responsible for supporting the customer’s cloud adoption, suggesting operational/security improvements, and promoting additional Services that will benefit the customer. You will support business reviews with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and uncover additional areas of Azure consumption/services opportunities.

Other responsibilities:

Provide consultative support for customers who are looking for solutions to drive on premise infrastructure workloads to the cloud, through a deep understanding of traditional infrastructure, work loads and applications, as well as best practices for cloud migrations

Provide in-depth AI expertise to support the technical relationship with Azure customers, including product and solution briefings, creating demos, proof-of-concept work, and partner directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption of Azure AI Services (Cognitive services portfolio, Azure Open AI)

Identify customer business and technology readiness, proactively build external stakeholders' mapping, implement strategies to accelerate the closing of deals, contribute input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities, and coach junior team members in deal plan execution

Build strategy and map the agreed customer vision into a strategy, resolve concerns, preventing, and removing technical blockers, and validating a strong business case for investment and translated technology complexity into business impact

Work with the customer, account team, and partners to orchestrate a roadmap for implementation

Your Competencies:

5 years of hands-on experience with Azure services and solutions

Extensive understanding of the Microsoft Azure Business Model and Program Incentives, including fundamentals of Azure and Data & AI

Pre-Sales Experience in Data/ AI Solutions and Cloud Infrastructure

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience

Experience scoping professional services agreements and SOW
