About the Role:

Title: Director of Quality Assurance

Job Overview:

20+ years of experience in managing large complex programs within Quality Engineering.

Proven skills in designing and developing simple solutions to complex customer challenges.

Must have strong Banking domain experience.

Experienced in setting up Scaled Agile at the Portfolio & Solution Level

Conducted Scaled Agile ceremonies and tracked Program and Portfolio level status

Service industry/ Consulting experience - MUST

Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid - 3 days/week)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $180,000to $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
