Location: Los Angeles (Must be in LA and able to travel to Burbank 2-3 times per week)

Salary: $180-190k Base

As the Senior Director of Paid Social, you'll helm a dynamic team at different levels, dedicated to amplifying excitement around acclaimed content. Reporting directly to the EVP, you'll be instrumental in shaping strategies that captivate audiences and elevate the brand's digital footprint.

The Role:

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the strategic direction and flawless execution of search and social plans for a leading entertainment brand. Collaborating closely with your team, you'll craft campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.

Identify client objectives and devise strategic campaign strategies

Facilitate seamless coordination between internal teams

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Maintain precision in client budgets and campaign execution

Provide growth opportunities and mentorship to team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

10+ years of experience in paid search and social media execution

Entertainment industry experience is essential

Proficiency in major biddable platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with ad serving and media billing tools is advantageous
