Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data analysis, data architecture.

5+ years of advanced SQL experience, Data profiling, Data quality, and remediation.

5+ years of ETL mapping, data lineage, Data transformation.

5+ years in either Teradata, Oracle, or SQL server.

Experience in implementing data projects in agile methodologies.

5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Extensive knowledge on data research and analysis, data product thinking.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Good data analysis skills including root cause analysis.

Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to research, compile, and perform complex analysis on business-to-business survey data.

Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.

What You Will Be DoingIdentify and recommend sources, perform data assessment and profile of the data from multiple, cross business sources.

Identify and capture business and technical Meta data by working with application business owners and technical teams.

Prepare and execute data quality rules, perform root cause analysis to improve quality of the data for business consumption.

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management.

Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
