Endpoint Management Specialist

Please Note - This role is hybrid and can be based in any of their US office locations (NYC, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Charlotte, Los Angeles, Tampa, Atlanta). Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location, with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week, blending the best of both worlds for efficiency and collaboration.

The Role:

As they have experienced tremendous growth, they are looking to hire a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Endpoint Management Specialist for their expanding IT team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining endpoint management solutions to ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of this organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of endpoint technologies, and strong troubleshooting. Responsibilities will include: Endpoint Configuration and Deployment, Security Management, Endpoint Monitoring and Performance Optimization, Troubleshooting and Support, Policy Development and Documentation, and Collaboration and Training.

Ideal Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Endpoint Management Specialist or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of endpoint management tools and technologies.

Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.

Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g., PowerShell).

Understanding of ITIL framework.

Certifications in endpoint management (e.g., Microsoft EndpointManager, SCCM) are a plus.
