Heating Air Conditioning Technician

Position Summary:

You would perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC/R equipment in our service area of the greater Puget Sound including Tacoma, Seattle, and Olympia.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Performing period maintenance on commercial HVAC/R equipment up to 50 tons, including ancillary equipment o Troubleshooting and/or repairing various types of split systems, packaged rooftop, and chillers

Providing technical assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction

Work independently, and as part of a team, to complete assigned tasks within an allotted time frame

Operate company vehicle to complete service calls in a specified territory

Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned

Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications:

·3+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial and/or industrial HVAC/R equipment

Experience servicing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting a variety of refrigeration equipment such as coolers, reach in coolers, walk-in boxes, cooler display cases, and ice machines

EPA universal certification

06A Electrical License or Trainee Card

High school diploma or equivalent

Seattle Refrigeration License

Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening

Ability to pass MVR check

Ability to pass a physical ability test

Ability to travel, as needed, for projects
