Regulatory Paralegal

Our client, a leading global reinsurance and insurance provider, operating for nearly 50 years through subsidiaries in Bermuda, Canada, Europe, the US, and other territories, is seeking to add a Regulatory Paralegal to their team.

Salary: $70K - $90K + discretionary bonus

2 days in office, 3 days at home

Location: Warren, NJ

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with the team on regulatory and licensing matters relating primarily to insurance and reinsurance filings with North American regulatory agencies.

• Research and analysis on various insurance laws and regulations as well as privacy, data protection and cybersecurity related laws and regulations.

• Maintain key corporate documents and records related to the company's regulated statutory writing entities.

• Maintain and track regulatory calendar, procedures, and filings.

• Support internal clients with "Know Your Customer" requests.
