Job Title: Loan Servicing Manager

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid)

Pay Range: Starting at $75,000

Job Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Loan Servicing Manager with expertise in managing government-guaranteed loans. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in loan servicing operations, compliance, and customer service. As the Loan Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of government-guaranteed loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional service to borrowers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of loan servicing professionals responsible for servicing government-guaranteed loan portfolios.

Develop and implement efficient loan servicing processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate servicing of loans.

Monitor loan portfolios to ensure compliance with government regulations, agency guidelines, and internal policies.

Serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies, lenders, and borrowers regarding loan servicing matters.

Provide guidance and support to staff on complex loan servicing issues and inquiries.

Collaborate with internal departments such as underwriting, compliance, and finance to streamline processes and resolve issues.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of loan files to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.

Prepare reports and presentations for management and government agencies regarding loan portfolio performance and compliance.

Stay informed about changes in government regulations and policies related to guaranteed loans and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in loan servicing, with a focus on government-guaranteed loans such as SBA (Small Business Administration) loans, USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) loans, or FHA (Federal Housing Administration) loans.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in loan servicing software and MS Office applications.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
