The Jr Marketing Project Manager will have two primary responsibilities, the first is to help develop & train others on the new processes created to help ensure brand standards are being met across campaigns. This will include developing documentation, organizing & cleaning up the SharePoint, and ideally helping to automate the marketing campaign activation processes. The second responsibility of this role will be to assist the offline marketing team in activation of new campaigns across email, CRM, and DirectMail platforms. Must Haves:
4+ years of experience working in a marketing project management or marketing coordination role
2+ years of experience activating offline marketing campaigns (email, crm, direct message, print mail, etc.)
Experience leading or overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Strong communication skills
Ability to identify a problem, create an action plan, and drive results through a data driven approach.

Experience in SmartSheets
Able to work in ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment
