**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide legal expertise in a wide range of complex real estate transactions, including but not limited to joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate mergers & acquisitions, and financings.

- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

- Offer strategic legal advice to clients, helping them navigate through complex real estate transactions with a keen eye for detail and risk management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, environmental, and corporate groups, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client service.

- Participate in business development activities, fostering relationships with existing and potential clients to expand the firm’s real estate practice.

**Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school with high academic credentials.

- Must be admitted to practice in the State of New York.

- A minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience in a law firm setting, specifically in complex real estate transactions.

- Strong expertise in the areas of joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings.

- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
