Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our housekeeping team as Housekeeping Attendants.

The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces within the hotel.

The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.

Replenish guest room amenities and supplies, such as toiletries, linens, and Towels.

Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and common areas, to ensure a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests.

Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as shampooing carpets, washing windows, and polishing furniture.

Respond promptly to guest requests for additional Towels, pillows, or other amenities.

Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms or public areas to the appropriate department.

Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of guests and staff.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replenishment as needed.

Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.

Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as bending, stooping, and lifting.

Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
