Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience and a passion for creating visually appealing graphics. Interns from design schools are also encouraged to apply for this position. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Canva is a must. The Junior Graphic Designer will play a vital role in creating graphics for various marketing materials including catalogs, presentations, email templates, website landing pages, and more.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing graphics for a variety of marketing materials including catalogs, presentations, email templates, website landing pages, social media graphics, and other digital assets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.

Conceptualize and develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project briefs and brand guidelines.

Ensure all designs are consistent with brand identity, style, and messaging.

Iterate on designs based on feedback and make necessary revisions.

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.

Assist with other design tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

0-1 year of experience in graphic design.

Proficiency in design software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Portfolio showcasing design projects and proficiency in relevant software.
