In Morchem we are in the process of expansion and that is why we need to hire a Technical Sales Manager to develop our business Plan for the Indian market. The area in charge of will be Centrum, West and South of india. Being the direct support and reporting to the Country Manager,
The main responsibilities to be performed:
Conduct Market study of the selected areas (MARKET STUDY)
Identify potential customer for Morchem Strategy (POSITIONING)
Develop the Sales approach in each identified customers with technical backgroung
Generate timely sales reports
Manage the samples shipment (Sampling)
Technical Support during the trials
Generate technical reports
Formulate sales policies and procedures
Develop pricing strategy
Define a forecast after a market approach
Support in the preparation of budgets
Control and monitor expenses
Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis (Benchmarketing)
Analyze data to identify Market & Sales opportunities
Develop promotional ideas and new market tendencies
Attend trade meetings and industry conventions (Exhibitions)
Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts (KA)

Technical Education
Deep experience in the Field of Flex Packaging
Proven experience in customer the customers in the selected areas
Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
Technical sales skills
Knowledge of market research
Experience in managing and directing a sales team
