The Advantage Services team's primary responsibility is to develop and deploy solutions to manage DISW services knowledge, as well as applications to harness this knowledge throughout project execution to assure consistent, high-quality project outputs.

As a Polarion Product Architect, You will be in charge of all elements of Advantage Systems, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all solutions implemented on the Siemens Polarion Platform.

To ensure that solutions match business needs, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architect(s), Project Manager, and other internal and external collaborators.

You will translate requirements into specific technical solutions, align the solutions with product capabilities and roadmap, leverage industry and Siemens standard methodologies to architect & design solutions, and collaborate with Agile teams to install, configure, test, and deploy Polarion-based solutions.

Also conduct design reviews, code reviews, review configuration management practices, technical and user documentation, deployment readiness, and reports.

A person will give direction to guarantee that all crucial functional/non-functional/integration and systems testing activities, as well as migration activities, are carried out in order to provide users with a high-quality solution.

You will collaborate with Cloud engineering and operations teams to assess the deployment architecture and infrastructure design meets the system, performance, security, and scalability requirements and will establish strong networks with product development and support organizations to leverage product insights, roadmap, and standard methodologies as well as to share feedback, raise requests and convey requirements from the user community.

Education & Certification:

We require a Graduate / Post-Graduate (Bachelors/Masters) in Engineering with 12 - 15 years proven experience

Work experience:

You have experience in projects involving Siemens Polarion Platform and have a good understanding of how Polarion addresses customer’s business needs. Your understanding of Polarion includes various templates including Agile and SAFe templates, integrations with other platforms such as Teamcenter, JIRA etc.

If you have similar work experience with other driven solutions such as JIRA, IBM Rational DOORS, or other Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions, your candidature will be considered.

You have extensive experience with software configuration management tools such as Git, SVN and working experience with Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, Web services incl. RESTful web services.

Skill : Polarion integration expert

Exp: 4+ yrs- 15yrs

Location:Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore

At least 7 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter

• Configure the Polarion to TC integration solution

• Implement the configuration needed around the integration to support business needs around Product Structure-mapping

• Polarion to TC integration keeping in mind TC Organization setup for various GBEs in the scope of this integration and Honeywell Gold PLM would be used

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

Skill : Polarion Admin

Exp: 4+ yrs- 15yrs

Location:Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter and technologies associated

• Define the Polarion System Architecture to address the Customer’s Business requirements

• Define the Polarion Installation procedure in Sandbox/QA/PROD environment

• Defining the Polarion license configuration needed to address GO-LIVE needs

• Configure the users with appropriate permissions by working with Polarion Consultant

• Lead any additional configuration of Polarion to address HTTPS, LDAP, SSO or Cluster definition

• Define the procedure for maintaining/deploying the Polarion configuration

• Assist with any QA/PROD installation/performance issues by looking at Polarion indexing and its components

Skill : Teamcenter Developer with AWC

Exp: 4+ yrs- 15yrs

Location:Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore

Teamcenter customization experience using server side and client side customization, AWC and ITK.

Should have hands on experience with ITK, AWC and SOA. Performed AWC development and implementation projects.

Strong Techno-Functional skills in Teamcenter.

Should have experience on working of Agile Methodology

Should have hands on experience of Manufacturing Process Planner, MBOM, EBOM, BOP,PDM.

Should be able to understand software requirements and work with minimal guidance.

Must have good experience in Active Workspace customization/Configurations.

Interfaces with Internal and external customers or vendors regarding software issues for specific project or PLM Application.

Should have good functional hold on Various Teamcenter Modules like classification, Cost Management, Change Management, product configurator, Structure Manager, Organization, Document Management, Requirement Management, Classification ACL etc.

Should have hands on experience of Any CAD integration(NX,CATIA, Solid Works, Solid Edge or Pro/E or Creo) and Dispatcher configuration.

Should have Knowledge about office integration with Teamcenter

Good knowledge of SDLC.

Skill : TC Solution Architect profile

Exp: 10+ yrs- 20yrs

Location:Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore

Strong working experience in solution design and development in Teamcenter PLM, AWC

Excellent coding & architecture skills in Java, C++ and Teamcenter client, server customization, Teamcenter services customization and SOA client development

Excellent exposure to real time customer environments, analyzing the business requirements, customization & implementation of Teamcenter product

Should have strong working knowledge in ITK, RAC, C++ based SOA services, web-services, REST APIs, Java, XML, XSLT, BMIDE

Working knowledge of customizing Teamcenter modules like: Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, Change Management, Classification, Manufacturing Process Planner, PLMXML Administrator, Query builder, TC preferences, ACLs etc.

Knowledge on T4X Integration will be added advantage

Scripting Knowledge will be added advantage

Excellent Teamcenter customization skills, mapping raw requirements to PLM/Teamcenter framework. Designing PLM application landscape

Experience on Requirement gathering, conduct workshops and design solution

Provide delivery support and assist in resolving open Teamcenter Solution architecture related risks and issues - by leveraging experience.

Understand the business needs of our clients and design technical solutions to meet those needs

Work closely with our clients to gather requirements and design solutions

Collaborate with our development team to ensure that solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently

Stay up to date with the latest technologies and tools to ensure that we are using the most effective solutions

Mentor and guide junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge
