VinFast Manufacturing in India PLM/MES/PLC Experts

Job Summary:

VinFast, a leading Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer, is seeking experienced Senior Experts in (mention specific area: Controls/SCADA, PLM, MES/PLC) to join our growing team at our new India plant. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our production lines by designing, implementing, and maintaining critical automation systems.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with engineering and production teams to understand automation requirements for the Indian plant.

Design, develop, implement, and maintain (mention specific area: Controls/SCADA, PLM, MES/PLC) systems for VinFast's electric vehicle production lines.

Integrate (mention specific area: Controls/SCADA, PLM, MES/PLC) systems with other manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow.

Configure and program automation equipment (robots, controllers, etc.) to achieve optimal production performance.

Develop and implement control strategies for efficient machine operation.

Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of (mention specific area: Controls/SCADA, PLM, MES/PLC) systems.

Provide technical support to production personnel on the operation and maintenance of automation systems.

Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in (mention specific area: Controls/SCADA, PLM, MES/PLC) technologies and best practices.

Continuously improve and optimize automation processes to enhance production efficiency and quality.

Prepare technical documentation for (mention specific area: Controls/SCADA, PLM, MES/PLC) systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining (mention specific area: Controls/SCADA, PLM, MES/PLC) systems in a manufacturing environment.

In-depth knowledge of (mention specific area: Controls/SCADA, PLM, MES/PLC) principles and best practices.

Experience with specific technologies relevant to the chosen field (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Automation Studio 5000, Dassault Systèmes Enovia).

Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering concepts.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
