Job description:

Primary Skill & level: BMC Control-M, Admin, Job creation, Calendar creation & update activities

Secondary Skill: PowerShell Script, ITIL Service-Now

Hands on experience with Control-M version 9.x or higher

Have experience in scheduling, monitoring, and administrating Control-M in a large corporate environment.

Implement complex scheduling requirements and setting up Control-M calendars.

Understanding of ITIL framework and processes.

Implement changes/tasks and incidents in the support queue and driving problems to resolution within SLA

Perform root cause analysis of problems encountered.

Co-ordinate with the support groups to resolve issues.

Willing to work in 24*7 shift, Team Player, Good communication skills.

On call support and handling issues as per business priority.
