Responsibilities
Process payroll with zero-error under the guidance of Team Lead – Payroll
Prepare and verify the same Salary change report with monthly Joiner’s and Leaver’s Report
Verify contribution and payment of superannuation
Calculate and disburse Annual Medical Allowance, Bonus & Annual Arrears(Post Increment)
Ensure timely Payment of Bonus as per Compliance
Experience - 4-5 years of experience of Manufacturing Industry
Education - MBA HR
