We are hiring for Senior Accountant.

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Anna Nagar.

Industry: Retail.

Responsibilities:

· Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

· Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and compliance with GST regulations.

· Calculate and record day-to-day sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.

· Reconcile sales transactions with POS systems and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide management with accurate and timely financial information.

· Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

· Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.

· Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

· Implement and maintain accounting software systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

· Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance.
