Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to come on board as the sales lead for our logistics management solutions. The primary role of this role is to identify, nurture and convert enterprise customers. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, the candidate is expected to build the sales organization.

Key responsibilities:

● Identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

● Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts

● Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects

● Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle

● Monitoring the client accounts post conversion

● Working with product and strategy teams to define sales, marketing and pricing strategies

● Recruit and nurture sales team as and when required, Managing the existing sales team

● Set up best in industry sales and CRM processes

● Be thee ears of the product and tech teams, share a regular feedback about customer requirements

● Developing sales collaterals, deal documentation to standardize the sales process

● Defining performance metrics for the sales team and setting up the review process

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate should have:

● MBA degree from a premium institute or Premium Undergraduation (IIT/NIT/Equivalent)

● Proven academic and professional record

● 4+years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new businesses.

● Proven ability to manage the full life cycle of B2B sales

● Excellent creative thinking skills with an emphasis on developing innovative solutions to complex problems

● Experience in working in a tech/product based environment

We operate out of Andheri East, Mumbai. We work five days a week and offer flexible working

hours
