Regional Sales Manager - Life Sciences

The candidate will be responsible to generate enquiries, conduct technical discussions, give presentations and finalize orders for all the products in our range: Sterilizers, Isolators, Sterile Transfer Systems and GMP Washers-dryers and Bio-reactors.

The candidate will be responsible for order execution and Payment Collection.

The candidate will be responsible to develop good-relationships with key decision-makers in our target biotech & pharma companies, which are primarily Sterile Injectable manufacturing companies.

Market Intelligence & Competition Analysis

Need to build a Consultative Approach with Prospective Customers from initial stage of any green-field / brown-field project. To achieve this objective, need to work closely and build relationships with “Filling Line” manufacturers and their local team

Education

: B.E. / B-Tech (preferably

mechanical/chemical/electronics/electrical )

: 7 to 9 years of “Sales” experience in the Biotech Pharmaceutical Process Capital equipment industry, preferably to the Injectable segment.

: Knowledge of the Biotech and Pharmaceutical Industry and the target market in particular. Should be able to judge and distinguish which enquiries/projects to focus.

: Should possess the sales skills/attitude required to convert high value capital equipment projects into orders.

: Should possess experience of working with Consultants to the Pharmaceutical Industry for projects

Co-ordinating across different functions ( Supply-Chain and Project Management) within the company to achieve synergistic results

: Manage account receivables through regular monitoring /follow-up.
