Optometrist cum In-charge

Responsible for Overall operations/management at the store level, dispensing best-in-class optical products at the location and coordinating with the sales executive and optometrists to achieve a consistently high customer experience and meet store targets.

Responsibilities

1. Overseeing all the aspects of the Retail store like the correct practice of SOPs, discipline, etc.

2. Meeting sales targets of the store and brands.

3. Ensuring high visual merchandising standards, store presentation, and upkeep.

4. Maintaining customer relationships and high standards in customer service / handling customer escalations.

5. Managing and motivating the sales team to ensure increased sales and efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in Optometry

2. Relevant experience in a retail optical store environment

3. Team building with other colleagues

4. Good knowledge of lenses and other eyewear products

5. Well-versed in vision disorders

6. Aware of the latest equipment and techniques for vision correction

7. Computer savvy (including basic Microsoft Excel)

8. Excellent customer service skills
