As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for Resource Management, Client Relationship Management, Performance Evaluation, Escalation Management and Overall Delivery for your span. We are looking for a Search and Social Performance Marketing Talent to join our awesome marketing team having expert knowledge in various search and social platforms like Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Apple Search, Amazon Search, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Insta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.

Lead strategically the book of business consisting of multiple clients/ agencies
Lead & Develop strong performance marketing team and Associates
Primary/ Secondary point of contact for escalations; addressing issues and providing action plans
Drive strong client/ agency relationship
Ensuring optimal levels of resource utilization and keep the internal & external stakeholders updated
Ensuring quality delivery as per the defined SLAs
Drive team adherence to all the internal/ external tools and processes
Keep the team motivated through regular touch points/ team engagement activities
Detail-oriented with strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of audiences (internal or external)
Sense of ownership; very responsible for team/ client management, performance monitoring & reviews
Keep up to date with industry news and developments; stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine industry trends across web/mobile platforms and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis
Assist in preparing pitches for new clients
Participate/ lead brainstorming and status calls with agency stakeholders
Drive new tests, analyze performance and provide insights on how performance could be improved
Job specific Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on online marketing tools and best practice
2+ yrs of experience in Paid Social ads specifically
Experience in Meta, Linkedin, twitter and end to end campaign management
Team & Client management skills
Subject-matter-expert for Search
Effective time-management skills
Strong analytical skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel, Word and Power Point skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of different digital marketing channels is a plus
