Job Summary:

VinFast, a leading Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer, is seeking experienced SAP professionals to join our growing team at our new India plant. You will play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and supporting our SAP systems (MM/EWM, PP/PM/QM, SD/VMS, or ABAP/PI/Basis) to optimize our business processes and ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions due to customer requirements.

Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP modules. Identify gaps, issues and give solutions.

Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.

Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.

Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

Implement change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover

Ensure production issue service tickets are addressed and solved in a timely fashion

Collaborate with global team/end-users and provide mentorship others as to how processes and transactions are conducted

Address concerns from managers and executives providing support with research and recommendations

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in SAP implementations and support, with a strong focus on SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4 HANA.

In-depth knowledge of the SAP ASAP methodology framework.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

8+ years of experience in your specific SAP modules (MM/EWM or PP/PM/QM or SD/VMS or ABAP/PI/Basis) with a proven track record of at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations.

Experience presenting complex information to clients and decision-makers.

Unit/integration testing experience is a must.

A passion for continuous learning and exploring new tools, workflows, and methodologies.

Professional SAP certifications in your specific module are preferred.

Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with frequent change requests and tight deadlines is a plus.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive under pressure.

Ability to work effectively in a multi-time zone environment.

Experience with both SAP implementation and support activities.

Experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plus.

Willingness to travel domestically and potentially internationally.

Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned by your direct leader/manager.
