Remote excellence – work from home

Four years ago, we transitioned to a fully remote working setup for all our team members around the world. Working from home:

• Allows our team members to have the flexibility of working from home (knowing they are fully supported by their colleagues, managers, and service teams, like IT and HR)

THE ROLE – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES CONTROLLER

We are looking for an Accounts Receivables Controller

In this role, here are the expectations from you:

• To manage Revenue recognition and reporting processes for all entities of Marcura Group.

• Bring standardization to customer level visibility on revenue, invoicing and outstanding. .

• Understanding of the business, revenue drivers and revenue recognition criteria.

• Able to manage big data and present uptodate insights for various types of users

• Hold ownership and control over pricing in revenue systems

• Revenue analytics and controls.

• Maintain uptodate detailed pricing data to support invoicing and revenue management.

• Apply control checks on invoicing data for all revenue streams.

• Collaborate with technical teams for feature development or modifications in line with business requirements.

• Participate in end to end AR processes

• Use sophisticated analytics and data visualization tools

• Collaborate with business partners to facilitate quality and transparenc y in reporting.

• Conduct monthly review and analysis of deviations from budget

• Own and draive models for regular forecasting of revenue.

• Maintaining the receivables KPI under the benchmark set by the company.

• Revenue Reconciliation for overall tally between invoicing and Operational data

• Maintain control over Approval of tariffs and their correct applcaition.

• Control over all credit notes and changes to issued invoices.

• Coordinating and assisting in year-end finalization and audits

ABOUT YOU

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Data Science

• 5+ years of related work experience preferably in the shipping industry

• 2-3 years of experience with ERP and data management tools
