Clinical Care Coordinator

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will:

Verify patient call details through IVR.

Assign specific providers to patients based on symptoms and availability.

Utilize appropriate tools and applications.

Coordinate between patients and providers to set up treatment.

Escalate issues as necessary.

Skills Required:

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in interacting with US patients and US providers.

Good knowledge of medical terminologies.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong listening and follow-through skills.

Organizational skills with the ability to coordinate with different stakeholders.

Strong dedication to delivering excellence in customer satisfaction.

Have Empathy and patience.

Must have international calling experience.
