Interface.ai provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell. Do You Make the Cut?

As a Delivery Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

Manage and maintain a centralized repository of all executed contracts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.

Track and monitor contract expiration dates, renewal terms, and key milestones to proactively initiate contract renewals or renegotiations as necessary.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure alignment on contract terms, pricing, and billing details.

Oversee billing and invoicing processes related to contracted services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with contract terms.

Monitor and analyze contract performance metrics, financial data, and billing information to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and risks.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external parties regarding contract-related inquiries, escalations, and dispute resolution.

Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.

Stay abreast of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and legal developments relevant to contract management and billing practices.

Prepare the MIS and publish the dashboards.

Would be working closely with the finance team for the renewal of the contracts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager) preferred.

Proven experience 8-12 years in contract management, preferably in a SaaS-based software company or technology-driven environment.

Strong understanding of contract law, financial principles, and billing processes.

Proficiency in contract management software with Salesforce expertise.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with external stakeholders.

Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.

Strong experience in MIS reporting and publishing the dashboards .

Would be closely working with finance team for the renewal of contracts.
