Position Title : Sr.Manager - Exports Marketing

Work Location: Head Office - Lower Parel - Mumbai

Position Summary :

As an International Business Manager, play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to promote and sell products internationally. primary responsibility will be to analyze market trends, identify potential overseas markets to maximize the company's export sales and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

To sustain and grow the business of the Company’s Product offerings in specified Regional Markets in terms of volume and profitability.

Capitalize on growth opportunities through new product streams.

Maintain the right balance between Conventional and specialty product sales.

Focus on key account and channel management by building strong relations with key stakeholders.

Maintain a constant awareness of the competitive landscape in the designated territory, opportunities for expanding the customer base and new industry developments.

Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated with international trade regulations, tariffs, and export laws, ensuring all export activities comply with legal requirements and industry standards.

Preferred Experience & Qualification:

8-12 years relevant experience in Sales & Product Marketing of Industrial & Specialty Chemicals. Exposure to B2B Sales with specific focus on the Middle East / Africa Region is preferred.

B Sc. / B. Tech, Master’s degree / Diploma in Business Management or International Marketing would be an advantage.

Strong understanding of international markets, export regulations, and trade practices.

Exceptional analytical and research skills to identify market opportunities and trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Flexibility to travel internationally, as required, to attend trade shows, meetings, or client visits.
