Success in this role of Route Coordinator involves effectively managing customer interactions to schedule inspections, repairs, and service appointments for sprinkler systems, ensuring smooth coordination and meeting customer needs seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have experience in Fire Protection and Service Trade.

Responsibilities for the Route Coordinator/Scheduler:
Contact customers to clearly explain repair quotes, emphasizing the importance of bringing fire systems into code compliance.
Obtain customer approval to proceed with necessary repairs.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions.
Obtain and enter necessary customer information for inspections, ensuring accurate recording and providing technicians with essential details for effective work.
Develop daily routes by geographic area to optimize efficiency and meet revenue goals.
Coordinate and schedule appointments to maximize productivity with multiple technicians.
Collaborate with customers and technicians to promptly coordinate emergency services.
Prioritize and schedule emergency repairs to efficiently address critical issues.
Collaborate with technicians, providing necessary information and support for effective task fulfillment.
Work closely with multiple co-workers to address questions, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure timely communication.
Requirements for the Route Coordinator/Scheduler:
Experience as a Coordinator in the Fire Protection industry highly preferred.
Service Trade experience a plus!
Strong call center/customer service skills with outbound calls experience.
Analytical skills to make informed decisions and develop proactive solutions.
Effective verbal and written communication for clear conveyance of information.
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and environments.
Efficient prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines while handling multiple responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team environment.
Organization and multitasking capabilities with thorough knowledge of office procedures.
