Job Summary:

As a key member of our project team, the OC Product Integration Consultant will work with the Office of Communications Divisions of Web and Emerging Technologies Group to identify and resolve risks and issues for delivering changes and improvements to the assigned project(s).

Act as the primary integrator for delivering OC special projects or those not aligned to a specific product.

Apply analytical thinking when determining the impact on the assigned product, such as ensuring an understanding of any new change and how it might impact the product, gathering more information through research and institutional knowledge, and cross-communicating with the ADO team, MSI, and client resources.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Work with the Office of Communications Divisions of Web and Emerging Technologies Group to identify and resolve risks and issues for delivering changes and improvements to the assigned project(s).

· Act as the primary integrator for delivering OC special projects or those not aligned to a specific product.

· Apply analytical thinking when determining the impact on the assigned product, such as ensuring an understanding of any new change and how it might impact the product, gathering more information through research and institutional knowledge, and cross-communicating with the ADO team, MSI, and client resources.

· Build an understanding of project delivery processes (functional and performance testing, MAPS, release, and environment management) that can be used across the Marketplace, MSI, and others to help determine other projects or changes’ impacts on OC-driven projects.

· Develop and update implementation plans, roadmaps, and integrated schedules for assigned products, including delivery milestones and schedules across Marketplace ADOs, shared services, and technical teams.

· Act as the primary point of contact for MSI and CMS to understand current changes and project activities related to the assigned project(s).

· Update and maintain information using appropriate reporting tools (i.e., Content Tracker, Run of Show) to easily assemble project status.

· Express what is needed from whom and when to deliver product changes and projects on time.

· Participate in internal MSI and client scrums to provide updates, obtain guidance from MSI and OC Leadership staff, and coordinate with MSI OC resources.

· Act as a conduit to MSI and CMS on product changes and their impacts across the Marketplace.

· Track and report on the status of assigned product releases.

· Facilitate meetings related to the assigned product projects.

· As needed, work with the Exchange Operations Center (XOC) and Marketplace Operations Coordination Center (MOCC) for operational issues, defect triaging, and retrospectives of problematic changes.

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications/Experience:

Ability to assume ownership of tasks and drive them to successful completion.

Ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to develop, expand, and strengthen their relationships and support the maintenance of a stakeholder matrix.

Ability to identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies that could result in potential schedule/stakeholder impacts.

Ability to support content updates or development for internal/external briefings, reports, and documentation.

Experience documenting processes and outcomes to use for guiding future projects.

Experience identifying, tracking, and resolving business and technical issues and identifying coordination points around product delivery and/or coordinating development and maintenance releases.

Experience with planning for and supporting key operational and technical processes.

Experience with requirements gathering and data analysis to determine potential solutions for issues requiring cross-team collaboration.

Experience working independently, collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Experience/knowledge of Project and Program Management and different delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Kanban) is highly desired.

Strong communication, organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence.

Knowledge of API architecture.

Certification in project management, such as the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).

Knowledge of the federally facilitated health insurance marketplace or eligibility and enrollment is considered a plus.

Minimum Education:

· Bachelor’s (BA or BS) degree from an accredited institution.

Required Certifications:

Certifications are not specified for this position; however, certifications in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field are beneficial.
