Job Summary:
Business Project Manager position available for a 6-month contract starting from May/June 2024 in Toronto.
The role involves working in Commercial Banking, with a hybrid setup requiring on-site presence three days a week in downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities include managing projects related to account opening, client onboarding, and help desk processes.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Intermediate level experience as a Project Manager, ideally 3-5 years in financial services.
- Proficiency in business project management, particularly within commercial bank client service.
- Familiarity with standard PM responsibilities such as leading teams, organizing meetings, and managing project schedules.
- Experience with tools like Clarity, Microsoft Office suite, and Teams, with knowledge of MS Project considered a plus.
- Preferred certification: PMP.
- Background in banking, specifically commercial banking, is highly desired.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to follow through on project actions.
