Main responsibilities:

As a Lead you will be expected to be hands keyboard and providing technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers to ensure operational excellence for digital workplace services

Take ownership of technical challenges, reallocating work as required

Documentation, training and leadership

Implementing system automation for better efficiency

Work with other IT staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.

Confidently deal with a lot of change, embrace it, lead by example

Rapidly get to grips with understanding what the risks are, ask questions, get to a solution quickly

Lead a maturing change management process

Testing system performance, preparing and delivering system performance statistics and reports.

Configuring, testing, and securing operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

Implementation efforts for security initiatives and resolutions resulting from internal and external assessments.

What you need to bring to the table:

experience in system development and testing, including Enterprise Security and Financial Service domains.

and Applications monitoring and alerting experience with tools like DataDog, Solarwinds Orion, and Splunk.

Implementation and Change Management experience.

Management Solutions experience, including Active Directory LDAP, Exchange (on-prem and cloud), and ServiceNow.

in scripting languages such as PowerShell.

knowledge of Windows operating systems, Citrix, Zerto, Virtualization, cloud computing software (VMWare, M365, AWS services), and infrastructure design.

commitment to a security mindset, with experience implementing security controls, assessing security risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Highly preferred licenses / certifications

· MCSE/MCSA, VCAP

This role is hybrid and offers a six-figure base salary + bonus + excellent benefits.
