POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION

Provide overall authority and responsibility for the Contractor Task Order management and execution. Must have at least 5 years of professional experience managing Chief Data Officer related projects. Must have knowledge of and ability to organize the team to perform Agile Analytics development proven by professional experience.

Essential Job Functions

The Program Manager shall organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of all activities, review the work of subordinates, including subcontractors, and ensure that the schedule, performance parameters, and reporting responsibilities are met. The Program Manager shall have direct experience within DHS to include U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) and integrate the Contractor's management and technical activities across this Task Order to ensure they are consistent.

The Contractor's Program Manager shall be the primary interface with the USCIS Program Manager or designee. Attendance at weekly status meetings and ad hoc meetings is required.

Minimum Position Requirements

Bechelor's Degree

5 years' experience

Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification

Experience preferred in the following: Data governanace support, Data standards support, Data quality support, Business intelligence support, Advanced analytics, Program management.
