In this pivotal position, you'll play a crucial role in developing and optimizing embedded software solutions that power our innovative products.

What you’ll do:

· Design, implement, test embedded software applications in C for IOT products.

· Debug, problem-solve, perform root cause analysis on firmware and embedded systems issues, implement corrective actions.

· Design test procedures and processes to verify firmware and embedded system functionality.

· Manage and monitor alpha, beta, etc. firmware releases to facilitate validation of robust features.

· Analyze and interface directly with electronic designs to write and debug firmware applications.

· Assist in the PCB design and validation process.

· Collaborate in a cross-disciplinary team to scope, plan, and develop new firmware features.

To succeed, you will need:

· A minimum of 2 years of Embedded / Firmware Experience.

· Experience writing C or C++ for microcontroller applications.

· Experience writing Python scripting applications.

· Familiarity with the PCB design and validation process.

· Hands on experience with electronic prototyping tools (soldering, oscilloscope, multi-meters, pick-and-place machines, hot air guns, reflow ovens) is an asset.

· An understanding of common hardware peripherals and interfaces.

· Familiarity with version control software like Git.

· Highly motivated, excellent problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail and passionate about SW/firmware testing.

· A strong interest in working in a collaborative team and possessing excellent communication skills.
