We are in search of talented Logistics Coordinator who is highly organized and pays close attention to detail. The successful administrative candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods and products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track the delivery of goods from point of origin to final destination
Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery status updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall logistics process
Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics operations
Ensure timely and accurate ordering and movement of CHEP pallets
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics
Knowledge of the Freight Industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
2-5 years in Transportation /Logistics/Supply Chain
Computer fluency (MS Office (Excel), Internet)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively
Ability to respond to issues outside core work hours
