Inside Sales Specialist (Electrical)

Our client, an OEM Manufacturer and Supplier of custom industrial control panel and electrical components such as MCC wrapper/buckets, panel switches, circuit breakers, bus plugs, distribution panel boards, and so much more. They are currently looking to hire a Inside Sales Representative on a Permanent Full-Time Basis. This position reports to the President/Owner and offers a large potential to grow with our client.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare sales quotes/sales orders.

· Manager the counter and assist walk in customers.

· Research and resolve customer inquiries and problems independently.

· Answer sales calls

· Prepare RMA (Sales returns)

· Build strong relationships and great rapport with customers.

· Actively seek out new clients and other opportunities for growth

· Use knowledge and training to ensure that the customer gets exactly what they need within their budget, as quickly and easily as possible.

· Provide a superior customer service experience.

· Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehousing as required.

· Perform appropriate duties, as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

· 2 years' experience in a Sales environment.

· General sales and customer service experience a must.

· Experience with utilizing professional/social media tools to drive new business (ie: LinkedIn)

· Experience using and maintaining CRM software is preferred.

· Experience generating quotations.

· Experience with cold calling

· Sales and customer service experience in the electrical industry preferred not required.

· Strong organization and communication skills

· General computer literacy

· Experience in and electrical environment preferred not required.

· Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle is an asset.
