Job Purpose:

The Engagement Manager will support the sale of IT Staffing and Consulting Services in their respective Region under the direction of the Director, Services Sales. The Engagement Manager will execute the regional growth- focused sales strategies while building strong customer relationships within both existing and new accounts. The Engagement Manager will have a solid understanding of the IT staffing industry and possess a desire to expand their career within the industry. Daily interaction with the recruitment team, resource managers, Enterprise Sales and customers will drive success in this role.

Essential Functions:

Negotiates new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments.

Identifies sales opportunities and consultatively sells solutions and/or services to new and existing clients.

Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.

Develops client-specific strategies aimed at achieving revenue, gross profit and other financial targets.

Regularly conducts site visits and sales meetings with clients.

Develops effective relationships with key client contacts.

Participates in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) program for customer base. This includes reviewing, auditing delivery performance and preparing presentations and documentation as needed.

Stays abreast of leading industry trends and sales best practices.

Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on industry trends, market activities and competitor strategies.

Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade associations and other professional networking organizations.

Assists in the establishment of sales, pricing, and marketing strategies.

Assesses the effectiveness of strategies and recommends changes and best practices.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Forecasts and tracks performance against assigned regional services budgets.

Produces, analyzes and communicates other related reports to key stakeholders as needed.

Identifies and contributes continuous improvement initiatives to the client and delivery teams.

Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Management to achieve assigned regional services goals.

Education:

Four years of college resulting in a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Experience:

7-10 Years

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Approximately 5-7 years' IT staffing or recruiting experience in Information Technology

Experience selling IT staff augmentation services and negotiating rates with clients, preferably within an IT agency environment.

Consistent record of meeting or exceeding Revenue, GP sales and placement quotas.

Strong English communication skills -- both written and spoken.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly.

Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.

Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions.

Ability to demonstrate business acumen and market insight.

Knowledge of current sales trends, best practices and methodologies within the staffing and workforce solutions industries.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Experience with applicant tracking systems.

Ability to travel to client sites within your designated territory.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

The work is performed remotely or in an office environment.
