A Better Bail Bond is the premiere company in Houston, Texas. Our 39 plus years of experience qualifies us as experts in the bailbond industry, nationwide. Though we may seem like a small company with multiple offices, we are actually a large family living & working in different offices; but connected by our desire to provide an excellent service for those in need of our help.

Job Duties:

Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail & telephone to solicit payment

Duties include receiving payment and posting amount to customer's account

Preparing statements

Initiating lawsuit proceedings

Keeping records of collection and status of accounts

There is a monthly quota & monthly commission

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Be authorized to work in the United States

Starting Pay: $15 per hour (plus monthly commission averaging $500-$1,000)

Part time Schedule: Tues thru Fri 5pm-9pm & Saturday 10:30am-2:30pm

OFF DAYS: Sun & Mon
