Job Description

City Toyota is currently seeking a Sales Representative with a strong focus on product knowledge, who can clearly communicate product features to customer’s and assist them in finding the perfect vehicle. If you feel that you are right for our team, please apply!

Pay

The Sales Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.07 and $17.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.

Responsibilities

Conduct business in an ethical and professional matter

Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership

Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs

Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships, and help to enhance the sales process

Provide customers accurate knowledge of differences in trim levels, available accessories and safety features.

Manage incoming email leads and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations and general email and text communication.

Communicate effectively with new car buyers/customers and according to their preferred method of communication, i.e. phone, email, or in person

Assist customers in the car selection and purchase decision process including test drives.

Requirements

Valid CA driver’s license

Clean driving record

Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday

Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing

Self-starter and self-motivated

All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner

Excellent communication skills, bi-lingual is a plus!
