We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative who will also be responsible for sales activities. This role offers a base salary ranging from $32,000 to $41,000, with the opportunity to earn additional commission and bonuses. Most representatives make an additional $12,000 to $18,000 in commissions based on performance. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, while also identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities

Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.

Ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction through consistent communication.

Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.

Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.

Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.

Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.

Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.

Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

License Requirements: Candidate must have an active Pennsylvania Insurance License to be considered.

Preferred candidate would have 3+ years in the insurance industry.

Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.

Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.

Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.

Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
