Maintenance Technician (Commercial Properties)

Your new company

You will be working for an established privately owned real estate investment, development, and management company who own and operate a mixed portfolio across Alberta, British Columbia & the US. They are now looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team and oversee a portfolio of commercial buildings across Calgary.

Your new role

You will work alongside an established team and be responsible for maintaining a number of Commercial Buildings across Calgary on a mobile basis (Vehicle & Gas Card provided). Reporting to the Operations Manager and Property Manager, you will pride yourself on not only your maintenance skills, but your ability to provide a best in class service to commercial tenants.

This role would suit someone who enjoys all aspects of building maintenance, including minor repairs, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, working with contractors and trades.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a maintenance technician. You could have either previously managed commercial, residential or hotel buildings, and be open to working within a team on a mobile basis.

What you'll get in return
