We are looking for passionate, positive, energetic, and motivated Hip Hop dance instructors to grow our teaching family!

We are currently seeking dance teachers/choreographers to teach classes for ages 5-adults in Hip Hop.

Compensation:

$30 - $50 hourlyResponsibilities:

Ability to teach Hip Hop dance effectively

Ability to teach various levels of dancers from beginner to advanced

Ensure classes run smoothly.

Provide helpful and constructive feedback to students.

Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers, students, and families.

Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.

Evaluate student progress and make recommendations for improvement.

Choreograph creative and age-appropriate routines.

Provide a fun and creative environment.

Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the curriculum as needed.

Light cleaning in between classes.

If hired, candidates are required to sign an NDA and Non-Compete Agreement.

Qualifications:

Strong Background in Hip Hop.

Over 3 years of teaching experience

Bachelor’s Degree.

Excellent communication skills.

Energetic, driven, creative, dependable.

Demonstrate patience and leadership skills.
