SUMMARY: The Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for producing and editing high-quality video content that effectively communicates the message to potential customers. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop visually stunning and engaging video content that aligns with our brand.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work collaboratively with our marketing team to identify video needs and develop creative concepts.

Create, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for social media, web, and other digital platforms.

Edit raw footage to create engaging, visually appealing videos.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, shoot and produce video content, including but not limited to, shooting content in remote locations such as company workshops, auctions, farm visit, etc.

Ensure all video content aligns with our brand and messaging.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in video production.

Photography and photo editing skills preferred but not required.

Back-up marketing team members as needed

Performs additional duties as assigned and required

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

Associate degree and 5 years' work experience in lieu of bachelor's degree

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate of competency and 8 years' work experience in lieu of bachelor's degree

Portfolio of video editing and social media marketing

3 years of experience in video editing, or similar role

Proficient in Adobe Suite products

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Continually required to sit, talk/hear, and utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read a computer monitor and use a keyboard

Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds

Occasionally (30%) travel within specified region to attend company/industry functions as required
