Salary: $33+ per hour

A small, privately held U.S. subsidiary of a large Japanese electronics manufacturer seeks to add an experienced ACCOUNT COORDINATOR to our team. This position will be based in Tempe, Arizona. Our U.S. employees are working in a hybrid work environment with three days in the office and two days remote per week, subject to change.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales and Purchasing teams to provide customer service support to assigned customers and/or suppliers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Maintain good communication with customers, coworkers, suppliers and overseas sales. Follow up on issues related to order tracking, shipment expedites, carrier/delivery, accounting, pricing, etc. Must be able to visit customer and supplier sites, provide input on reports, scorecards and may need to be available for evening conference calls once per week or so due to delivery-related issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a great attention to detail and have a proven ability to manage documentation and respond in a timely, thorough manner to requests. Sporadic travel may be required, both domestic and/or international. Must be able to transport and care for visitors as required, to include accompanying them to supplier locations. Perform other job-related tasks required by management. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
