LINCOLN PARK PUBLIC SCHOOLS 1650 Champaign Lincoln Park, Michigan 48146 ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCY Secretary 2024 -2025 School Year POSITION: Secretary - Food Service * (1) High School And any positions that result from the filling of this posting QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma * Knowledge of good office practices and procedures * Strong computer skills * Ability to meet deadlines * Ability to operate office machines * Ability to display initiative and pay attention to details * Strong communication skills * Strong organizational skills * Must maintain confidentiality * Knowledgeable in the use of computer programs such as Google Drive, MiStar * Secondary school experience preferred Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education and/or Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.

DUTIES: DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND CHANGE * Count several cash drawers daily and reconcile with the point of sale system * Make daily bank deposits * Maintain confidentiality of all Student and Personnel information * Perform a variety of multi-tasked duties * Work effectively with diverse personnel including administrators, instructional and non-instructional staff, parents, and students * Other such duties as assigned RESPONSIBLE TO: Food Service Director and/or designee WORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 A.M.

to 3:00 P.M.
