Executive Administrative Assistant Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This role is pivotal in supporting senior management by managing administrative duties, coordinating events, handling expense and financial reports, and assisting with recruitment efforts.

The ideal candidate will be adept in Microsoft Office, possess strong planning skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

Event Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee corporate events, ranging from internal meetings to large-scale conferences, ensuring they are executed flawlessly.

Financial Management: Prepare, manage, and report on expense reports and financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and coordinating hiring efforts.

Document Preparation: Create, format, and edit documents using Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring all communications and presentations are professional and polished.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining strong, professional relationships.

Special Projects: Take on special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: At least 7 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with a strong background in event planning and financial management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and management.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
