dnata is hiring Part Time Passenger Service Agents at TPA Airport!

Pay Rate $15.50/hr

Shift hours available: 2:00pm-7:30pm; Fridays and Sundays 2:00pm-8:30pm; weekend shift hours available 11:15-3:30pm and Fridays 10:00am-3:00pm

(hours may change due to early or late aircraft arrivals/departures)

* Weekly pay, 401K, paid time off, paid training and company uniforms *

This is a Union Position as applicable by law. Our workforce needs to remain flexible in shifts and days off, as your schedule may fluctuate during peak seasons to meet customer needs, requirements of the industry, or to accomodate a shift bid in accordance with the Union contract.

As a dnata Passenger Service Agent, you have an essential role of handling administrative procedures for international passengers before and after a flight, including but not limited to:

Electronic check-in of passengers for international travel

Verification of documents for international and domestic flights

Assign passenger seats

Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned flight

Verify ticket and seat reservations

Match manifest to on-board count

Announce arrivals and departures as necessary

Provide information to passengers/customers as requested

Connect/disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary

Assist with baggage tagging and baggage claim reports

Maintain current knowledge of all flight times during designated shift

Maintain liaison with Airlines, Customer Service Representatives and Ground Handlers

Performing other duties as assigned

Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations

Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Possess basic computer literacy

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods of time

Push, pull, lift, and load up to 70 pounds

Exceptional customer service skills
