Remove and dispose of trash and garbage to designated areas.

Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, ensuring organizational efficiency.

Use specific chemicals to clean equipment and maintain sanitary standards.

Handle and store cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety standards.

Polish silverware when required.

Wash pots as needed.

Ensure proper sorting and storage of cleaned dishes and utensils.

Collaborate with kitchen and service staff.

Always follow food service sanitation regulations along with health and safety guidelines.
