Condo Property Manager

A property management company in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Property Manager with condo experience for their Chicagoland and North City Northern Suburbs locations. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, enforce property rules and regulations, coordinate maintenance and repairs, interact with homeowners, and ensure compliance with community association guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 per year

- Full-Time Employment (9 am - 5 pm)
