Job Title : Proposal Engineer

SBU : WWS – Services PU

Qualification : B.E/Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Location : Pune

Experience : 7 - 11 Years

Reporting to : Group Head

Roles and Responsibilities:

To independently prepare the technical offer for retrofit and revamp of DM, UF, RO, STP

• To independently prepare cost estimation for retrofit and revamp plants (DM/UF/RO/STP)

• To independently collect required data for retrofit and revamp from client / Site

• To prepare the Basic engineering package (P & ID, Plant data, hydraulic diagram, basic layout of the proposed plant)

• To maintain technical as well as cost data bank etc

• Planning for offer submission and basic engineering to meet ABP targets

Comfortable to Travel.

Critical Competencies for the Job:

• Knowledge on processes / technologies for WTP / STP.

• Knowledge of unit sizing for WTP / STP

• Knowledge of Basic engineering package preparation (P & ID, Hydraulic, unit sizing calculation etc)

• Knowledge in estimation for WTP / STP

• Awareness of good engineering practices.

• Experience in offer preparation for WTP / STP and estimation

• Experience in working on computers /Knowledge of Word / Excel.

• Should be ready to independently travel within and outside pune to WTP’s/STP’s to collect site data / customer meetings at site / Audit of existing plants and submission of offer for R & R
